Description
We are a mid sized construction company, based in Fforestfach, Swansea.

We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who to:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Prepare quotations and invoices
Experience required

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Professional phone etiquette
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.

Salary:
From £23,500.00 per year
