Here at Kens GARAGE Peugeot in Kildary, we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Mechanical Technicians.

The responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also include setting up loan cars and verifying insurance before maintenance is scheduled.

Ultimately, you will work directly with our customers to understand their needs and provide our Mechanical Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.

Full training will be given by our team in Service.

• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections
• Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule
• Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pickup times
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
