About the Role:
The Clinical Quality Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the Linniar CQC Quality and Compliance solution is aligned with relevant regulatory requirements including current CQC legislation and helps our member providers drive quality improvement in their organisations.
You will work closely with existing and new clients acting as a quality improvement expert, aiding in the successful implementation of the system, and helping members achieve outstanding.
If you have a clinical background, have worked in a leadership role within the England social care sector, and are eager to transition into the healthcare software technology space, this role offers an exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our content team to ensure our selfassessment tools comprehensively address the member's regulatory requirements including those of the CQC specifically for domiciliary care and care home providers.
- Keep abreast of CQC trends and provide key insights to our member cohort to ensure our clients are operating with the best available information.
- Provide onboarding training and ongoing support to ensure members get the most out of the Linniar software solution.
- Guide clients in understanding their reports and help them to implement continuous improvement activities to drive quality in their organisation.
- Use your sector knowledge to identify opportunities for system improvement and work crossfunctionally to deliver those enhancements.
- Collaborate with the content team to align scheduled audits, surveys and other selfassessment tools with member needs.
- Stay informed of regulatory requirements outside the CQC, enabling expansion through the United Kingdom.
- Monitor system use, offering additional support to those with declining usage.
- Drive stakeholder engagement from end user up to executive leadership team.
- Conduct largescale system update training for clients as required.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to write blog posts and industry updates on changing regulatory standards and how our software solution can help address these changes.
- Provide regular updates to our training guides and resources.
Preferred Experience:
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with CQC compliance regulations and requirements within the adult social care sector.
- Experience in senior clinical roles, or senior quality and compliance roles.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience delivering training and support.
- Basic understanding of statistics and data reporting.
- This role may be well suited to someone with a nursing/nursing management background looking for a change of lifestyle.
