Description

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM Team based across a large commercial site in Lincoln.

Location:
On-site in Lincoln

Contract:
Permanent - Full Time

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in service delivery across the Client estate.

Your day to day will include:

Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors.
Manage Reactive, PPM & Quote works
Ensure 5 SHE Basics are actioned & followed.
Develop the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and

planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area.

Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their

tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment

This role of Maintenance Supervisor is great for you if:

Extensive experience of hard services
Understanding of industry standard contracts
Experienced in relationship management
