And they are looking for an experience project managerwho has experience working with SME's and ideally medium or large companies within the Media space

Responsibilities

To provide project management leadership and ensuring the safe delivery of the project to time, cost and quality with responsibility for leading the project to a successful conclusion
Follow a standard process, as defined by a professional project management organisation
Initiate the project, check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resource
Carry out planning in accordance with the needs of the project, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles, producing schedules and timelines for tasks.
Use project management tools to create a business and visual project plan
Select, lead and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations
Manage the project, which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget
Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery of the project is on time
Implement any necessary changes throughout the process
Report regularly to management and all stakeholders

Required:

4 years+ of Project Management experience
Have a Track record in successfully delivering quality projects on time, budget and to conclusion
Proven leadership skills
Experience within the Media and Business sectors
Experience of leading mediabased projects focusing on the SME market (an advantage)
Experience of leading multidisciplinary teams, from sales, researchers, sponsors, partners, eventmanagement
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
A skilled negotiator with advanced communication skills
Project management tools & techniques (e.g. PRINCE2)
