University Hospitals of Northamptonshire have secured funding to develop two new Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) alongside ambitious plans to build a new hospital on the site of the existing Kettering Hospital.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well-organised and highly efficient person to work within the Strategy Team to provide day-to-day support for Project Managers and Programme Leads across a range of different projects.


You will provide dedicated project support including managing the successful preparation of key meetings, minute-taking, assisting in the development of delivery reports and providing a quality and responsive personal assistant service.


Please note, that this role will work across both Kettering General Hospital and Northampton General Hospital, and you will be required to work at either site depending on what project support is required.

We support flexible working and a hybrid model of working on-site and remotely

Key deliverables


Provide project administrative support to the project delivery team who are delivering Strategic Estates projects, with varying levels of size and complexity including organising meetings, minute taking, booking meeting rooms, etc.

Support project managers to report regularly on project performance, risk management and financial control.

Monitoring action points and ensuring they are reported on at subsequent meetings.

Drafting agendas and ensuring paperwork for meetings are distributed on time.

To draft and prepare presentation materials as required by the team.

To develop and implement effective document retrieval and filing systems to support effective working and efficiency within the department.

Support with financial reporting - including tracking and reporting of purchase orders and invoices.
