Selective Recruitment group are working with an established and expanding business in Didcot who are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join them.

You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of projects across the business and maintaining high standards.

Project Coordinator

Location:
Didcot

Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Contract:
Permanent, Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week

What will you be doing as a Project Coordinator?

  • Liaise closely with Project Managers to keep client information, project plans and other project paperwork fully under control and updated in line with the demands of the projects.
  • Work with the Project Managers to ensure work is neither overlooked nor duplicated and to ensure the overall direction and integrity of the projects.
  • Assist in the daytoday planning and implementation of projects to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend project meetings as required and document these meetings as directed by the Project Managers.
  • Liaise with the other operational and engineering teams to provide cross support of resources and technical input.
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction and customer service.
  • Support other functions of the business as necessary.

To be a successful Project Coordinator you will need to:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a good attention to detail.
  • Be fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Have the ability to work with staff and subcontractors at all levels.
  • Build lasting working relationships and show consideration for colleagues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times and convey this to others.
  • Be able to take responsibility for their area and be proactive in finding solutions as problems arise.
