, Monday to Friday - 8:30-17:00

Salary:
£ 26,000

Objectives
To ensure that all vehicles fully cleaned to a high standard of presentation.

To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.

Reporting
The vehicle valeter will report to the Sales Progressor/Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Clean and valet all new and used vehicles to a very high standard
Provide prompt and timely reporting of completed vehicles
Ensure all vehicles are safely and correctly parked once valeted
To clean the new and used vehicle displays in line with a weekly rota
Source vehicles and keys for vehicles booked in for valeting
Report any damage or repairs required to vehicles to enable prompt rectification
To maintain a high standard of presentation and levels of customer service within the department is in line with company standards
To ensure that within their area of operation all Company and Trade Associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to
Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times
