Are you looking to pursue a long-lasting career in an estate agency?

Our client is a well-established, multi-branch, independent company based in Kent. They're looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their award-winning branch in Strood.

Working Hours:

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be required to work a five-day rota with one day off during the week and one at the weekend.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

£20,000 Basic

- £28,000 - £32,000 OTE

Ongoing training and support
Career progression

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have the following attributes:

Previous estate agency experience (beneficial)
Excellent customer service
Proactive and positive approach
Full UK driving license
Presentable, with a polite manner

The duties of the Sales Negotiator include, but will not be limited to:

Negotiating sales
Generate and arrange valuations
Conduct viewings with potential buyers
Followup leads over the phone and face to face
Canvassing and generating new business
