Nissan Sales Controller - Stoke-on-Trent

£50,000 OTE plus company car

Hours of work:
full-time hours including weekends on a rota

Key responsibilities as a Sales Controller:
- Support the Sales Manager in the day to day running of the department and have the ability to manage the team in the manager's absence.
- Ensure the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of the sales process by maintaining and optimising the systems used.
- Provide technical support to the sales team with a high attention to detail driving sales productivity and enhancing the customer experience.
- Support the marketing team with local prospecting and posting data for campaigns.
Required skills as a Sales Controller:
- Knowledge and understanding of working within a similar role and environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other salesrelated systems.
- Technical ability and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and staff.
- High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technology and business requirements.
- Full UK driving license.
