The Senior Garment Technologist role within the company will be as follows:

Working from initial sketch to prepare first sample specs
Measure, check and record all customer fit, sealing and production samples that arrive from the factory liaise with the production team to ensure that the fit samples prepared in line with the critical path
Prepare fit comments and size specs for the factory further to customer fit comments
Attend weekly fit meetings with Clients and ensure a strong working relationship is formed with customers and maintained with customers
Assist in preparing testing requirements on all of the orders. Approve all test reports before these are submitted to the customers ensuring they meet the required standards
Manage and update the part of the production critical path for all orders on a daily basis to ensure all deadlines are met to prevent and late delivery dates
Weekly team meetings to discuss critical path and identify any issues / late delivery problems with pending orders
An experienced Technologist / Senior Technologist competent in all aspects of technical development
Excellent womenswear knowledge in fitting, grading and construction
Experience working with leading high street clients and the skills to manage the development process in line with the critical path
