Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via various face to face channels
- Resolving product or servicerelated concerns
- Providing accurate information about our products/services
- Documenting customer interactions and solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software/tools
