We are currently looking for a Housing Support Officer to provide housing support across the North East


The Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for tenants and provide support where necessary
  • Work with vulnerable tenants and make referrals when needed
  • Carry out a range of visits to properties ensuring they're in good condition
  • Provide customers with housing advice and carry out home visits
  • Undertake reviews regarding tenancies and agreements
  • Carry out inspections on estates and communal areas
  • Using MS Office and inhouse systems to administer all paperwork

The Person:

  • Must be educated to a minimum of 4 GCSE's graded A-C including Maths and English
  • Must have previous housing experience
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be IT literate
  • Have MS Office experience
  • Have excellent administrative skills
This is an on-going role


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
