JOB OVERVIEW
To provide a professional and efficient reception duties.

To provide administrative support to all members of the team, as and when required.


OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call handling on switchboard.
  • Taking messages and dealing with queries effectively and efficiently.
  • Greet all personal callers, representatives and visitors in a polite, friendly, professional manner.
  • Coordinate safe entrance and exit of all representatives and visitors to ensure they are signed in and out and no unauthorised person gains access.
  • Maintaining meeting room bookings.
  • Visitor catering arrangements
  • Receiving and correctly distributing incoming mail.
  • Collating and dispatching outgoing mail.
  • Assistance in preparation of materials for events.
  • Monitor general stationary levels and prepare monthly orders for purchase.
  • Accommodation and travel bookings, where required using company credit card.
  • Maintaining an organised and well maintained reception area.
  • Support with general administrative duties including general typing and photocopying/scanning duties.
  • To carry out all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • To attend any mandatory training as required for your role.
  • To carry out other such similar duties that may be reasonably required by your line manager.

What you'll need?:
To be successful in this role we are looking for:

  • Clear communication skills spoken and written.
  • Well presented, friendly manner.
  • Good time management: Ability to prioritise workload in a timely manner.
  • Computer literature in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to deal.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordinating abilities.
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance records.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience of working in a reception area or similar or proven experience in a customer service role.
