Your role at Prydis:

This is a unique opportunity to work with Prydis Accounts team.

We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic apprentice to join our team.

The apprentice's responsibilities include learning and developing practical skills, observing all health and safety codes, completing tests and assignments, as well as delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

You should be well-organized, flexible, and willing to assist wherever possible.

A can-do attitude and a drive for achieving the best results is essential.

To be successful as an apprentice, you must have great time management skills and be willing to fit into the existing staff structure.

Full support will be given for your professional development.


Role duties:


  • Assistance with onboarding new clients
  • Correspondence with existing clients
  • Phoning HM Revenue & Customs to answer client or manager queries
  • Sending meeting requests on behalf of senior chargeable staff members
  • Making travel arrangements for senior chargeable staff members
  • General admin duties. E.g. printing, scanning, data entry into CRM
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Handling post and other documentation
  • Typing up letters and reports (where appropriate)
  • Attendance to lunch & learn seminars (where relevant)
  • Providing general assistance to the Prydis Accounts team (where appropriate)

Relevant skills and knowledge:


  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Clear understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience of previous administration work is not essential
