YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE

  • Monthly payroll processing start to finish including autoenrollment for pensions
  • HR administration including contract production
  • HR audits alongside our HR consultancy firm to ensure we are up to date with legistaltion
  • Basic Bookkeeping
  • Onboarding of new starters
  • Assisiting the financial director with monthly board reporting
  • Arrangng regular training for staff
  • Producing investor reports

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Accounting/financial admin experience preferential
  • Payroll experiance
  • Some basic HR knowledge
  • Boundless determination to improve the business while maintaining loc8me's values
  • The ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Flexibility within a working role
  • A real passion to develop within a team

DETAILS

  • Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday (1hr lunch break)
  • Salary: 23, ,000 depending on experience

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
