Over the past 2 years, JLR has invested in driving a cultural transformation across the organisation and as part of this continued investment, the business is recruiting for Scrum Masters across multiple functions.


We are looking for Scrum Masters who can support and coach teams to be successful in their ambitions, as well as high performing.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting teams to plan work through focused and engaging meetings.
  • Coaching and upskilling scrum teams in selfmanagement and crossfunctionality collaboration.
  • Identifying and helping in the removal of barriers that are slowing down team acceleration.
  • Promoting empowerment and transparency in the team.
  • Ensuring the Product Owner is clear on team ambition and setting sprint goals.
  • Creating highvalue increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Establishing empirical product planning within a complex environment.
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration wherever required.
  • Championing Scrum adoption and implementation across JLR.

What you'll bring

  • Experience of managing workstreams with Agile processes / methodologies such as in a DevOps, Scrum, SAFe environment etc.
  • Experience of using Agile tools for example JIRA, Confluence and collaboration tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and products across diverse teams in multiple global locations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills.
  • Understanding of highquality user stories and how to drive to a satisfactory MVP.
  • An adaptable, pragmatic and enquiring approach.
  • Deep commitment to continuous improvement, backed by the confidence to challenge accepted wisdom.
