_Are you wanting to make a difference in the lives of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties?_

For the role of School Support, you do not necessarily need to have any relevant qualifications,you could have any of the following backgrounds:

Sports Coaching
Care Worker
Army Cadets
Psychology graduate
Tutoring children with SEN (special educational needs)
Youth Worker
Working with exoffenders
Any previous experience with challenging behaviour
