Project Team Planners


The main principle of the role of a
Project Team Planner is to form part of the team planning the installation of our energy offerings within customers' homes.

Great training will be provided giving you the tools to be amazing in this role.

CES is a multi-award-winning, leader in the energy sector. We offer eligible homeowners FREE energy solutions - Solar, Insulation and Air Source Heat Pumps. This aids customers in reducing their energy bills and Carbon emissions adding value to their homes.


Main responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and organise various project designs, leading to ontime, positive project completion.
  • A solid understanding of design principles, concepts, and methodologies is crucial.
  • Collaborating with members of the project team, other installbased departments, technical surveyors and occasionally engineers.
  • Convey ideas clearly, actively listen, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Find creative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances that may arise due to unforeseen challenges and designrelated issues.
  • Ensure design specifications are accurately followed, and project deliverables meet the required quality standards. This includes reviewing design documents, layouts, and other visual elements.
  • Effective time management is crucial for meeting project team targets and managing multiple design tasks simultaneously.
  • Prioritise tasks and handle time constraints effectively.

Required skill-set:


  • Strong coordination skills within a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong, clear communication.
  • Work well within a team.
  • Great problemsolving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills.

Desirable skills:


  • Knowledge of design software, such as Pashub, Fastfield, Dropbox & Googlesheets.

Working hours:

Monday: 09:00 - 17:30; Tuesday: 09:00 - 18:15; Wednesday: 09:30 - 18:30; Thursday: 10:00 - 18:30 and Friday: 09:00 - 16:00.


Salary:
£22,308.00 annually PLUS a bonus of up to £1000 per month.
