The Transformation Team is looking to recruit a Project Support Officer to support delivery of its transformation programmes and projects as part of the transformation portfolio spanning continuous quality improvement, innovation and digital change aligned through the Project Delivery System of the Trust's Continuous Improvement approach, Improving Together.


If you are passionate and motivated about change; enjoy working with people, have the skills to support the improvement of quality, productivity, patient and staff experience, and enthusiasm to provide services with the support they need to drive improvement, then this role is for you.


Applicants will have at least one year's experience of working in a public sector, or large organisation, project or programme environment; be educated to diploma level, or have equivalent experience; have a good awareness of a recognised project management methodology; and have an in depth knowledge of assurance procedures and sound administrative skills.
