This online marketplace is a leader in its field, and they have 400 people across the business whilst growing rapidly They are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to help with this growth

**THE ROLE

**As a Senior CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: - Looking after the retention lifecycle programs and optimising that

  • Working on new member journeys
  • Focusing on trade member retention and not consumers
  • Building automations and making amends to existing HTML's
  • Working on complex journeys and customer lifecycle projects
  • Helping to guide members through their memberships and ensure a longterm relationship

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool
  • Working knowledge of retention and lifecycle management
  • HTML experience would be a plus
