Planning & Scheduling Coordinator
Crystal Ball are a Multi Award Winning vehicle tracking and lone worker service provider based in Old Trafford.

Our growing customer base extends across all business verticals serving small, medium and enterprise businesses as well as local government, throughout the UK.

We are looking to immediately recruit an additional Installation Planner/Scheduler to join the team.

You will be responsible for arranging installation of our equipment into our customers fleets by directly liaising with customers and our engineers.


As an Installation Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer support to our growing base of business customers.

This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit, vibrant and established team and you will be reporting directly to the Operations Director who has been with the Company for 28 years.

Job Duties include but not limited too:

  • Efficiently and profitably scheduling and dispatching engineers to customers
  • Proactively monitoring engineer's activity
  • Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time
  • Closing the job ticket by ensuring the work has been completed satisfactorily
  • Recording all customer communications within the Company's CRM

Your Reward & The Package on Offer:
Above market salary of up to £25,000 dependent upon experience + up to £250 Monthly Bonus

Monthly Bonus based on performance of SLA

Holiday Entitlement : 20 days Holidays + 8 bank holidays

Additional Day holiday for each full year of completed service (up to 25 days)

Monday to Friday & Office Based
