Description

We are looking for dedicated Cafe Assistants, who know their way around the kitchen and have exceptional customer service skills, as this role includes FOH duties also.

Barista experience preferred but not essential. This job will be long term, therefore time wasters not considered

Requirements:

Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary

Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises to a very high standard
Assist other staff as required, especially during peak hours
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and Saturday shifts
Be able to make coffee to a high standard.
Have exceptional service skills when dealing with customers
Be able to keep up in a busy, popular cafe environment
