We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 2+ years of Programmatic planning & buying experience, ideally inside an agency environment, to join a leading FMCG Company that is expanding its roots into the UK & Europe.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will have an amazing opportunity to learn other Paid Channels, PR & Social Media through a household brand.

You will be responsible for managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing campaign performance and developing strategies to improve ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the company's products and services
Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns to achieve campaign goals
Manage and analyze performance data to continuously improve ROI
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the success of campaigns
Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Assist in managing the company's social media presence and PR activities

Requirements:

2+ years of Programmatic planning & buying experience, ideally inside an agency environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing social media campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
