Job Purpose:

An office-based role, this is the chance to make a difference and become a key player in the growing TektaTeam

Supports our customers, internal team and engineers to complete all repairs, maintenance and small works quickly and efficiently. Working within a busy team you will be an essential part of ensuring customer delight.

You'll need excellent organisation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.


Key responsibilities:


  • Make customers happy
  • Support customers by meeting tight SLA's on repairs and warranty jobs
  • Work with engineers, suppliers and customers to uncover root causes of issues and recommend the correct solutions
  • Purchasing parts required for repair works and organising transport.
  • Work with the rest of the team to plan the maintenance schedule, complete certificates and follow up with clients.
  • Complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for jobs and ensure all other necessary paperwork is in place.
  • Approve job cards and complete invoicing.
  • Handover to sales for pricing of extra works.
  • Maintain the customer job and asset register to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor completion of warranty jobs.
  • Take part in continuous improvement projects.
  • Help with covering other roles and handover jobs including quoting of parts when necessary

  • Ability to grasp technical information, working with engineers, customers, suppliers & colleagues
  • Flexible, open to change

Other Details:


  • Salary range £26K £30K P/a dependant on preferred working hours (minimum 37.5hrs/week) & experience
  • This role is an excellent position to learn our products, processes & industry giving scope for progression to other roles such as sales or project management

Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
