Westminster Forum Projects is a market leader in organising senior-level seminars on many areas of public policy.

The role -
This role will involve working across a variety of conferences across sixteen different policy areas:

Analysing areas to focus the company's marketing efforts
Reporting on the areas of the company's CRM system to be improved
Online research on particular topics, ensuring the approach to Marketing is in line with any new developments
Analysing the database and purchasing contacts based on findings
Online competitor events research, to ensure the company is maximising it's marketing efforts
Analysing incoming bookings for upcoming conferences
Researching key industries & job titles from the previous and current bookings. Exhausting these areas, providing research links for the building up teams
Reporting findings in the marketing doc project report
Strong research skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
Understanding of Business structures and people's motivations
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Willingness to learn and progress within the company
To be at ease with technology
