Westminster Forum Projects is a market leader in organising senior-level seminars on many areas of public policy.


The role -
This role will involve working across a variety of conferences across sixteen different policy areas:

  • Analysing areas to focus the company's marketing efforts
  • Reporting on the areas of the company's CRM system to be improved
  • Online research on particular topics, ensuring the approach to Marketing is in line with any new developments
  • Analysing the database and purchasing contacts based on findings
  • Online competitor events research, to ensure the company is maximising it's marketing efforts
  • Analysing incoming bookings for upcoming conferences
  • Researching key industries & job titles from the previous and current bookings. Exhausting these areas, providing research links for the building up teams
  • Reporting findings in the marketing doc project report
  • Strong research skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Understanding of Business structures and people's motivations
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the company
  • To be at ease with technology

The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The role is remote with occasional meetings in-person around Bracknell.
