Westminster Forum Projects is a market leader in organising senior-level seminars on many areas of public policy.The role -
This role will involve working across a variety of conferences across sixteen different policy areas:
- Analysing areas to focus the company's marketing efforts
- Reporting on the areas of the company's CRM system to be improved
- Online research on particular topics, ensuring the approach to Marketing is in line with any new developments
- Analysing the database and purchasing contacts based on findings
- Online competitor events research, to ensure the company is maximising it's marketing efforts
- Analysing incoming bookings for upcoming conferences
- Researching key industries & job titles from the previous and current bookings. Exhausting these areas, providing research links for the building up teams
- Reporting findings in the marketing doc project report
- Strong research skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Understanding of Business structures and people's motivations
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and progress within the company
- To be at ease with technology
