OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL
Our Corporate Housing team is expanding rapidly as the industry bounces back with enthusiasm.

The department is formed of two teams who work closely together:
Reservations and Guest Services.

This position is within the Reservations specialty and focuses on providing client service to help our clients decide on their choice of corporate temporary accommodation.

You may be wondering exactly what "corporate housing / corporate temporary accommodation" means The Reservations specialty involves acting as liaison for the client by processing requests for short-term housing options for their employees (e.g. serviced apartments), sourcing viable housing options and sharing these with the client, and confirming the final choice of housing by the guest.

You will work with our unique sourcing platform and will communicate with our extensive supply chain of providers to cover the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Reservations Speciality

  • Take ownership of the customer experience from initiation through the reservation process and then smoothly handing over the file to Postbooking/Guest services to manage the rest of the process.
  • Liaise between client and internal/external providers via internal/external systems.
  • Perform a needs assessment to ensure appropriate housing options are presented, to include hotel use and alternate approved locations.
  • Gather and present housing options based on the search criteria provided by our client.
  • Initiate the reservation process when an option has chosen.
  • Adhere to SLA's which are preagreed with our clients.
  • Hand over to Postbooking/Guest services.
  • Ongoing lead management: create leads from incoming calls and check status of pending leads.
  • Act as resource for traditional and alternative housing solutions to convert opportunities into moveins.
  • Working with our supply chain team to onboard new providers.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations on service escalations: recommending solutions, assuring prompt resolution.
  • Participate in the training and coaching of new hires and fellow employees and therefore contributing to the team's development, effectiveness and success.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous administrative experience in any type of company (experience related to our industry would be a bonus but is not essential)
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suits/O365 in a business environment
  • Demonstrated experience learning & using inhouse specialist systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A clientfocused approach
  • Strong & professional communication skills.
  • Your own international travel experience and/or having previously worked in a global environment would be advantageous but not essential
