We are a completely independent Network for mortgage and insurance brokers with over 700 members across the UK.

Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to be based at our Head Office in Knowle.

Requirements of a Compliance Administrator

  • 2 years previous experience within administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Competent on Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc.

Desirable, but not required:


  • Previous experience in a role within Financial Services
  • Full CeMAP or equivalent

Responsibilities of a Compliance Administrator

  • To assist with the management of the Compliance inboxes
  • To assist with the onboarding of Company introducers
  • To carry out any general administration
  • To assist the Quality Team Leader with the organisation of the team's workloads
  • To add and remove documents on The Key
  • To put together statistics and reports for Head of Quality, Policy & Risk/Quality Team Leader
  • To liaise with our networks financial advisers and members of the Quality team
  • To assist with project work when necessary
  • To support the Quality Team with any tasks deemed necessary

Salary of a Compliance Administrator
- £22,000 - £24,000 a year dependant on experience, meaning to receive the higher end of the salary banding you must have done a similar role in a Financial Services Network previously.


Working pattern of a Compliance Administrator

  • Monday
  • Friday, 9am 5pm.

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
