This is a senior business development role contacting high net worth / sophisticated investors, promoting our company on Banking Fintech, Real Estate and Funds.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Management Officer.

This role is instrumental in providing essential support to our CEO and other management team and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

CEO:

Act as a central point of contact for the CEO, providing vital support in day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives.


Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, ensuring seamless organization of meetings, appointments, and commitments.

Strategic Planning:
Contribute actively to strategic planning sessions, offering valuable insights and helping shape the company's long-term goals and initiatives.

Project Management:

Drive project management efforts, overseeing the execution of specific projects from initiation to completion, aligning them with organizational objectives.


Communication Facilitation:
Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating effective communication channels among team members, departments, and external stakeholders.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to provide data-driven recommendations and insights for strategic decision-making.

Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks, such as document preparation, alongside strategic responsibilities, showcasing versatility in role execution.

Liaison Duties:
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and various teams, ensuring clear communication of directives, objectives, and expectations.

Decision Support:
Provide decision support through comprehensive analysis, aiding in the development of well-informed strategies and tactical initiatives.

Industry Monitoring:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to keep the leadership team informed and contribute to proactive decision-making.


Commitment to Success:
Uphold a commitment to organizational success by actively participating in and supporting key strategic endeavors.

Social Media Marketing:
Handle all social media marketing activities and run ad campaigns to generate leads, enhancing the company's online presence.

Share Administration:
Work as a share administrator to prepare documentation related to company shares.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in market research and financial analysis.
  • Advanced skills in project management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
