We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant to join Maintenance Team at our
5-Star The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:


  • An amazing opportunity to join our Maintenance team at The Londoner as a Maintenance Assistant.
  • As a Maintenance Assistant you will maintain the hotel on a daily basis to ensure effective running of the hotel.
  • Coordinate and prioritise the distribution of repairmaintenance orders and planned maintenance orders.
  • Check and monitor the completed work in order to ensure it is completed to The Londoner standards.
  • Ensure Edwardian Hotel London adheres to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.

About You:


  • You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience.
  • Is fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
  • Understand the requirements for effective water management.
  • Has knowledge Environmental EHO acknowledgment.
  • Is able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.
  • Understands the basic housekeeping processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership, team and motivational skills.
