An opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Coordinator to join our busy but friendly team.

We are looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic Clinic Coordinator, who enjoys a challenge. You will be able to work with your colleagues as well as on your own initiative.

You will have exceptional organisational skills, with proven experience of working in a busy environment.

You will be required a have a flexible and calm approach to work and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads with a high standard of accuracy, working in line with the Trust targets.


You will be expected to work closely with the Clinical Booking Team, providing some cross cover, dependent of service demands.


Core hours are , Monday to Friday, however, flexibility from the core hours may be required and will be determined locally depending upon the needs of the Service.

Assist with the effective management of patient pathways, ensuring that all necessary appointments are arranged on time.

Ensuring that clinics are utilised to capacity, diagnostics and tests are processed as requested and that patients receive timely treatment, thus meeting the Trust and national standards when required.


To deal with enquiries on behalf of the Clinical Teams, either by telephone, personal contact or correspondence, within agreed limits, and take appropriate action, i.e.

ensure appropriate documentation is available.
