Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology IT). Are you an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who has a desire to work within the technology space? Do you want to be part of one of a high achieving team, working alongside other knowledgeable recruiterswho will focus on helping you to achieve your own success?

Client Server is looking to hire a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of our technology disciplines who solely focus on hiring exceptional developers across a variety of technology disciplines (including Backend development, Front End development,Mobile development, Open Source development, Support and Testing, DevOps, and Data) for our London based clients.

As a company we have had an outstanding sales year with every team experiencing huge success, exceeding targets each month and showing no signof slowing down.

For example, our Open Source team hit over 200% of their target, billed more than £645k, and averaged £16k commission earnings per month.

This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated individual who is seekinga role with life changing earning potential alongside exceptional incentives (we paid over £80k in incentives in 2021 which included holiday vouchers valued up to £6000).

What we are looking for:

You are an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who has a track record of delivering revenue through placements
You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
You are competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
You are a confident selfassured communicator with experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices on Cheapside, London or our office in Esher, Surrey. You'll join a friendly and relaxed yet professional atmosphere alongside consultants who genuinely love what they do.
