IN2Consult / Senior AP Specialist / up to £35,000 pa / Hybrid working (2 days remote per week) / Park Royal

IN2Consult are currently working with a retail shared service centre based in the Park Royal area who are looking for a Senior AP Specialist to join their team.

This role is offering up to £35,000 pa & two days of remote working per week. Please see belowthe responsibilities -
Responsibilities

Reviewing and posting supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Performing supplier statement reconciliations for all suppliers
Working with suppliers and the Group Accounts and Operations teams to resolve any discrepancies
Responding to queries both internally and externally in a professional, timely manner
Prepare weekly payment runs for review by the AP Manager
Any ad hoc responsibilities required

Skills

5 + years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong level of communication
Shared service centre experience would be beneficial
Retail experience would also be great
Comfortable on MS Excel & a major ERP
