Your New Role:


Your Role Accountabilities:


  • Responsible for mediabuying and executing of paid social activity across a number of platforms including Meta, Snap and TikTok and multiple countries in EMEA with a focus on efficiency.
  • Managing and evaluating the performance of paid social activity and optimizing accordingly based on objective(s).
  • Analysing data to consider budget (re)allocation across channels and markets, gather insights that inform optimization, and understand the customer experience across full funnel.
  • Keeping up to date with latest (market) trends and developments.
  • Working cross functionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Handson experience in paid social platforms with a track record of delivering success in a similar role.
  • Must be familiar with acquisition strategies on app and web in paid social channels, such as Facebook and Instagram, and feeling comfortable executing and managing multiple campaigns all at once.
  • Experience with app campaigns and Mobile Marketing Attribution (e.g. Kochava and Apps Flyer) is preferred.
  • Being familiar with awareness strategies in paid social channels is a plus.
  • Broad understanding of dynamics in digital marketing is required such as, A/B testing, ad tech solutions, attribution modelling, automation solutions, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, incrementality, the marketing funnel, and machine learning.
  • Advanced excel skills to run campaign analysis and provide insightful recommendations, drive decisionmaking and make optimizations.
  • Strong experience with project management, selforganization and prioritization ability to multitask with multiple stakeholders in a fastpaced environment.
  • Clear communicator, who can translate data into meaningful action.
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment. with excellent troubleshooting and QA skills strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Additional languages a plus.
