Our client isan approved LCV Ford dealership located in Halesowen and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable LCV
Parts Sales Advisor.

As a new
Parts SalesAdvisor**, you will join a friendly team which will see you working the following shifts within an approved Ford dealership.

Hours of work:

45 hours per week

Week 1 Monday to Friday 7.30am pm

Week 2 Monday to Friday 7.30am pm Saturday 8.00am pm
As a
Parts Sales Advisorour client will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts
Ford would be an advantage
Minimum 1 years' experience
Display a high level of customer service
IT Literacy
Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:
Our client is looking for a

Parts Sales Advisorwho can provide a thorough service to customers internally and externally to ensure our automotive customersvehicles areback onroad within the shortest time possible.

To undertake training within the Parts Department and at our manufacturer partners
Identify the internal and external customer vehicle parts requirements using state of the art manufacturer systems to keep the wheels on the industry turning
Stock management to maintain correct stock profiles for customer requirements
To drive the sales of seasonal products and deliver first class customer service to upsell products
To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods
To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant Parts Sales Advisors.
To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the parts department.

**In return our client offers £24,000 - £26,000 per annum along with an excellent commission structure and company benefits.
