  • Continuing our company growth, we are currently looking for a new Naturally Fabulous team member to join the Lionel Hitchen family_

Duties will include but not limited too:

  • The main point of contact for key customer/agency enquiries, liaising with them regularly and informing them on the status of their orders, including dispatch
  • Entering quote requests on the quotation database
  • Complying with all Company Policies, Procedures and BRC requirements
  • Arranging transport with UK Distribution Partner(s)
  • Handson preparation of paperwork for export consignments
  • Checking shipment paperwork
  • Inputting shipment details onto computer system
  • Booking collections / deliveries with freight forwarders
  • Dealing with invoicing letters of credit and all allied documentation
  • Liaising with Production Planners for confirmation of dispatch and delivery dates
  • Liaising with Technical Department with regard to requests for product specifications, MSDS forms and questionnaires

Experience:


  • Excellent Accuracy, precision, attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to cope balancing speed and accuracy in this dynamic busy role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office / IT systems evident
  • Customer service experience business to business
  • Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • IATA in date training (or ability to gain within 6 months company will pay for)

Salary:
Up to £29,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
