Executive Assistant
Central Edinburgh based | hybrid working available
Full Time role | 9:00am to 5:30pm | Monday to Friday
Permanent role | salary up to £34,000 (DOE) with excellent benefits
Duties involved in this role will include:
- Extensive inbox & diary management for the C-suite staff
- Organisation of travel, accommodation & expense claims
- Management of team schedules including the organisation of regular meetings & reviews
- Preparation & distribution of agendas in advance of meetings as well as taking & producing minutes & action points afterwards
- Ensuring meeting actions are taken on board & followed up to completion
- Maintaining the Executive team's information system including work using Teams & SharePoint
- Assisting with the coordination & administration of projects including project plans & action tracking
- Assisting with Risk, Compliance, Facilities and HSE administration
- Various other ad hoc EA & administrative duties as directed
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
- Extensive previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA or Office Management role supporting Senior Management or Board level and carrying out the above duties
- this experience is essential
- Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a very busy workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid IT skills including the use of the Microsoft Office preferably including SharePoint
