Executive Assistant

Central Edinburgh based | hybrid working available

Full Time role | 9:00am to 5:30pm | Monday to Friday

Permanent role | salary up to £34,000 (DOE) with excellent benefits

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Extensive inbox & diary management for the C-suite staff
  • Organisation of travel, accommodation & expense claims
  • Management of team schedules including the organisation of regular meetings & reviews
  • Preparation & distribution of agendas in advance of meetings as well as taking & producing minutes & action points afterwards
  • Ensuring meeting actions are taken on board & followed up to completion
  • Maintaining the Executive team's information system including work using Teams & SharePoint
  • Assisting with the coordination & administration of projects including project plans & action tracking
  • Assisting with Risk, Compliance, Facilities and HSE administration
  • Various other ad hoc EA & administrative duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Extensive previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA or Office Management role supporting Senior Management or Board level and carrying out the above duties
  • this experience is essential
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a very busy workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid IT skills including the use of the Microsoft Office preferably including SharePoint
