  • ASAP Start Personal Assistant needed for ongoing 3 month temp role


The main responsibility of this role is to manage and organise business travel for sales and trading staff, including booking flights, hotels, creating travel packs, and itineraries.

In addition, there are various ad hoc duties that need to be performed, such as managing attendance records, managing business and holiday planners, managing corporate entertainment administration, new starter and leaver administration for Dealing room staff, maintaining seating plans, business travel logs, staff contact lists, and distribution lists, providing general administrative support, and supporting the CEO's PA and deputising in their absence.


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at the same time.

You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and external suppliers.


In addition, it is important to have a proactive and flexible approach to work, as ad hoc duties may arise and you may need to work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines.

You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have a positive attitude towards providing support to colleagues.


Requirements:
