Be-IT are delighted to be partnering with their logistics client based in Edinburgh on the lookout for a Product Owner to join their team.


Our client was founded in Edinburgh in 2000 and has since grown from strength to strength becoming a leading provider of cloud-based logistics software.

Not only are they on a mission to simplify the complex problems which arise in the logistics sector,they are also committed to ensuring their clients are as efficient as possible both from accost and ecological perspective.


About the role:


Our Product Owners are responsible for delivering a range of product features, driving them from inception to completion ensuring that they are in line with the product vision.

This position will report directly to the Product Manager.
You will also beresponsible for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Work following Agile methodology.
  • Liaise with engineer & customer success teams.
  • Ensure product quality & customer satisfaction.
  • Set feature specifications, creating epics and stories.
  • Identify any issues that the product doesn't resolve.
  • Collect and interpret user data metrics.
  • Gather requirements from system users and customers.
  • Relay customer opinion to the development team

Experience Required:


  • Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with a SaaS product.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with data analytics.
  • Great eye for detail
  • Experience with Product Board // Jira
