We are looking to recruit a part time, permanent Band 3 Senior Administrator within our busy and thriving Respiratory Diagnostic Department at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital, which is part of East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.


The successful applicant will be joining a highly motivated and effective team who strive to ensure patient care is at the forefront of our service.

We are looking for someone to support the Co-ordinator within the Respiratory Diagnostic Service, to ensure a comprehensive administrative service to all service users.

To ensure the delivery and achievement of national pathway standards:

  • Support in delivering the highest quality and standard of care.
  • Effective policies and process management in all aspects related to the Service.
  • Leading staff training working to a high standard of care and development to establish highly motivated, well trained teams.
  • To use all relevant Trust software packages to support patient pathways and compliance of national and Trust targets.
