Overview
Nomad are on the look out for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing global Procurement department.

The successful person will be responsible for the management of all delivery processes and stock management to support global delivery projects against cost and delivery targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ownership of endtoend supply chain & inventory performance
  • Supports the Procurement and Delivery teams regarding delivery of project activity and any associated processes and reporting requirements.
  • Support the Procurement and Product teams in strategizing product development
  • Represents procurement at internal project meetings ensuring that all requirements are met as per project deadlines and timeframes in addition to communicating with stakeholders as necessary
  • Lead discussions with external providers of goods and services to ensure the most efficient & cost effective solution is delivered in line with group procurement processes
  • Deliver and where possible improve projected savings (Product Price Variances) in line with group procurement delivery plan.
  • Manage all logistics and stock requirements ensuring that adequate stock and leadtime information is communicated to all internal stakeholders to support projects
  • Control of multi site inventory management, and implement stock reduction & proactive obsolete stock management plans
  • Resolve any product/service related quality issues by engaging internal teams including Product, Quality, QA and R&D through to completion
  • Management and update of Nomad internal IT systems ensuring processes are followed and applied
  • Develop and maintain ERP processes to reflect essential supply chain functions for accurate material management and correct reporting.

Experience & Qualifications Required:


  • CIPS or equivalent qualification
- degree in Supply Chain, Technical degree program or related discipline required

  • English speaking
  • Experience of working in a supply chain role
  • Some experience of working in or managing projects representing supply chain as a function
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems such as Oracle Netsuite
  • Working knowledge of supply chain processes and practices
  • Experience of leading and working within multi stakeholder groups across a de centralised organization
