Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team in North London.

As a parts specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our trade customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers in identifying the right car parts and accessories for their vehicles

Providing expert advice and guidance on product selection and compatibility

Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers

Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service

Continuously expanding your knowledge of car parts and staying updated with industry trends

Requirements:

Previous experience in car parts sales is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of car parts and accessories

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Proficiency in using computer systems and software
