Your Role With Us

• Offer a warm welcome to every patient, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Manage patient information and paperwork with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain an inviting and wellorganised front office space, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere.
• Coordinate effectively with our dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Embody our values of care and professionalism, making each patient's visit smooth and enjoyable.
• Social Media and Marketing: Working with our Marketing Manager to create engaging Instagram stories and content to highlight our services and special offers, manage digital marketing displays in the reception area, and inform patients about current promotions and sales.
• Sales and Conversion: Actively work to convert enquiries into bookings, leveraging promotional offers to encourage treatment acceptance.

What We're Looking For

• A naturally friendly person who loves interacting with people and making their day better.
• Experience in customer service is essential; experience in a dental or medical setting is a bonus but not required.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a bustling environment.
