Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful IT Solutions company based in Nottingham.

They are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to work as part of the IT team supporting with the movement of product and stock.

What will the role involve?

Working collectively with the projects and IT team to manage a range of exiting, varied internal and external projects.
Utilising existing PMO documentation and reporting templates to highlight risk, create reports, create issue logs and updating financial milestones.
Creating reports and providing feedback to the IT Director and Senior Leadership team.
Update and maintain the integrity of the rick, action and decisions logs.
Prepare and distribute status reports.
Working closely with internal stakeholders informing them of any potential impact to their departments.
Liaising effectively with 3rd party service providers.

What will you need?

Previous experience in a similar role managing the complete lifecycle of a project essential.
Accomplished communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and influence effectively.
Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS project.
Knowledge of risk and resource planning.
Upbeat, pragmatic and practical personality with a positive "can do" energy
