Overview
2fawcett are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
Service Coordinator. This role involves customer service, coordinating engineers and appointments, allocating technicians, organising materials, and updating software. The coordinator must be aware of site locations and handle paperwork, invoicing, and parts coordination.


Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator

  • Coordinate site visits for technicians and subcontractors, ensuring timely arrangements and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records using management software to ensure smooth communication and effective project management.
  • Facilitate the ordering of parts for jobs as required, ensuring timely delivery and availability of necessary components.
  • Oversee the activities of subcontractors when required, ensuring their tasks align with project requirements and timelines.
  • Coordinate the ordering of access and plant equipment as needed for project execution, ensuring availability and proper allocation.
  • Create new jobs and associated project files, organizing and maintaining essential documentation for effective project management.
  • Maintain a seamless flow of information between project technicians and clients, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
  • Compile comprehensive project files, including completion certificates, manuals, and drawings, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and organized.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
