Description

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, and delivering/receiving.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations (like delivery issues).
• Continuously evaluate and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency.
• You will be part of a small team based locally in Harrogate.

• Engage all customers by communicating in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that a good impression is always maintained.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Receiving/ Delivering processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with phone systems used in logistics operations.
