Job Summary:

Duties:


  • You will be working alongside our advisors to help the customer journey from start to finish.
  • Registering new clients and booking in appointments for new and existing clients
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors and estate agents to make the house buying process as easy and seamless as possible
  • Checking documents and uploading documents to client files and to lenders
  • Following processes to ensure a high level of organisation
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Coordinate meetings and client appointments
  • Utilise Microsoft office to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
