Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

International Life Science Market - US Emphasis

Competitive Base of between £25k to £45k / Commission with an OTE between £40k to £80k / Benefits + _Equity in the Business_

Based Reading / Bracknell Area

Extremely rare opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join an international business as a coowner under an _Employee Owned_ model.
Responsibility is 360 endtoend recruitment within global life sciences, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing and travel & tourism. There is an emphasis on the US life science market for this opportunity.
Previous experience as a recruitment consultant is a prerequisite, winning business and billing between £120,000 to £250,000 annually, and a driving license with access to a car.
The business has a small team of coowners, all local to the Reading office, is collaborative and team focused. There are no KPIs and performance is measured on success only.
This opportunity will suit a personable recruitment consultant who values a positive working environment over simply their OTE. The other coowners are looking for someone to gel with and share their vision for growth at a pace that suits the whole team.
