We are seeking a dynamic individual with the drive, skills, and 'can-do' attitude to join our new apprenticeships team within Student Learning & Academic Registry.

As an Assistant Administrator, you will provide an efficient and effective customer-focused service.

This is a key position with operational decision-making responsibilities and you will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to supervise and motivate others.


You will be a natural administrator with a keen attention to detail and a firm grasp of regulation/policy guidelines (or the ability to learn).

It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and external bodies.

You will also be driven to evaluate performance, explore new ideas, look for ways continuously improve administrative processes alongside the ability to work autonomously, instilling a best-practice approach and high levels of service delivery and customer service excellence.

You will need to work flexibly across our wider Team where required, actively and positively participating. An interest in enhancing practice and engaging in technical developments and solutions would be advantageous.
