Description
Permanent position, 1.0 FTE.

Brand new, modern arts facilities. A buzzing and invigorating campus. New people to engage with every day. Inspiration everywhere. There's never been a more exciting time to join the arts scene at the University of Warwick.

We're looking to appoint a dynamic Faculty Student Recruitment Officer for the Faculty of Arts, sitting within our Marketing, Communications and Insight team.

The arts at Warwick are ever evolving, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to their success by driving and influencing student recruitment.

This role will be fast-paced, and your workload varied: from shaping annual student recruitment marketing plans and strategies behind the scenes, to taking a front-facing position leading campus visits, and engaging with brilliant academics and potential students.

You'll travel regularly within the UK, acting as a pivotal representative for the University, and there's even the potential for international travel.

Working collaboratively as part of a faculty-focused team, you'll be building and strengthening relationships with students, academics, student recruitment agents and sponsors, and alumni.

We're looking for someone with excellent experience of working with young people in an education setting, plus a good understanding of the prospective student journey.

Importantly, you'll need to translate this into tangible activity to deliver student recruitment results.

Our University is at the forefront of academic innovation and development; we're continually investing in new facilities for the arts, having just built a new Faculty of Arts Building and refurbished Warwick Arts Centre, both at the heart of our campus.

Our Faculty of Arts Building is a hub for interdisciplinary collaboration and inspiration, indicative of our dedication to providing the best learning experience for our students.

Warwick Arts Centre is a vibrant and significant cultural resource, whose reach and platform extends across the region. And that same outward reach and energy is exactly what we envision of this role.

So, if you're someone who has the dynamism to engage young people, who will take responsibility for driving student recruitment across the UK and beyond, and who will further elevate our Faculty of Arts, then we want to hear from you.

Informal enquiries can be directed to Sarah Booth, UK Student Recruitment Manager.

Interview Date: 30 March 2023.
